The idea of adopting a one meal a day diet first came to me when I read an article about a Japanese surgeon who has been doing this “diet” (please note that this is more of a lifestyle!!!) for some 20 years. He is said to be 60 but if you look at his pictures he could easily pass as a 40 years old guy. What could be easier than dieting with one meal a day??

Poorly written, too many exclamation marks, not particularly useful. Wouldn’t recommend you bother reading this ‘book’. Go buy a proper book on the subject.

In this current state of nutritional confusion of what to eat, how often to eat, superfoods and other nonsense, eating once a day makes sense.
